Rano Karno Inspects Pesakih Flat

Jakarta Vice Governor, Rano Karno inspected the facility of Pesakih Flat, Duri Kosambi, Cengkareng, West Jakarta, Friday (2/21).

We'll continue with others

Rano said that the facility in Pesakih Flat owned by Jakarta Provincial Government can be used maximally by the residents to be a decent, safe, and comfort house.

"I saw the Pesakih Flat many times when I did Friday prayer at Hasyim Asyari Mosque. Thanks God the flat is now lived by residents who previously stayed on riverbank," Rano said.

According to him, handling the slum area in Jakarta can be solved if the residents living on riverbank or uninhabitable area want to be relocated.

For this reason, Rano Karno instructs his ranks to intensify the socialization to the residents.

"We'll continue with others such as cleanliness and occupant's obligation if the relocation is successful," Rano added.

He also instructed Jakarta People Housing and Residential Agency to tighten the collaboration with PAM Jaya and PLN to accommodate occupant's needs.

"We collected information about the water and electricity supply to the management. It must be prepared by us. Please keep supporting us in Jakarta Provincial Government to ensure the best service for the residents," Rano stated.

During the visit, Rano was accompanied by Regional Secretary, Marullah Matali and West Jakarta Mayor, Uus Kuswanto.
